The succinct, 7-page document is open for public comments till 18 January, and details some key clauses that could speed up the whole process of setting up foreign campuses on Indian soil. International remittance, a sore point in previous versions of the draft regulations, has been allowed. These campuses will also be allowed to decide their own fee brackets, much like other private universities in India.
